STORE POLICIES – PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
1. Handmade Products
All baby shoes are handmade by my team (my sister and me).
Each pair is carefully crafted and requires detailed artisanal work.
2. Processing Time
• Average production time is 3 to 6 weeks, depending on demand.
• During busy periods, processing time may be slightly extended.
• All items are made to order.
3. International Shipping
• We ship worldwide, including the United States.
• Orders are shipped through Correos de Guatemala / correos de Honduras or DHL express Guatemala / DHL express Honduras
Available shipping methods:
• Standard international shipping (available to countries where postal service is safe and reliable).
• Express courier shipping (DHL ), upon customer request and at customer’s expense.
The buyer is responsible for selecting the preferred shipping method during checkout.
4. Postal or Customs Delays
Once the package is handed over to the postal service or courier company, we have no control over transit times.
We are not responsible for:
• customs delays
• inspections
• postal retention
• slow delivery from local postal services in the destination country
We will always assist customers with tracking updates.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because each item is handmade and made to order:
❌ No refunds after 24 hours of purchase.
❌ No returns accepted.
Each pair is individually crafted for every customer.
6. Shipping Address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for packages lost or undelivered due to:
• incomplete or incorrect address
• customer not being available at the delivery location

Hi, I'm Paola Paz, I'm 27 years old, an animal lover and a fan of all things handmade—especially crochet! What started as a hobby has now become my full-time job.
I learned this beautiful craft back in 2014, and from that moment on, I fell in love with all the sweet and adorable things you can create for babies. I began by making little garments as gifts, and over time, I started sharing my work on my Facebook page. My friends and family became my first customers.
Soon, I was making local sales and delivering orders personally with the help of my brother. As my business grew, I expanded to national shipping within my country, and eventually to international orders—reaching places I never dreamed I would!
