STORE POLICIES – PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

1. Handmade Products

All baby shoes are handmade by my team (my sister and me).

Each pair is crafted with care and requires detailed artisanal work.

2. Processing Time

• Average production time is 3 to 6 weeks, depending on demand.

• During busy periods, processing time may be slightly extended.

• All items are made to order.

3. International Shipping

• We ship worldwide EXCEPT to the United States.

• We cannot ship to the U.S. due to external postal restrictions.

Available shipping methods:

Standard international shipping (only to countries where it is safe and reliable).Express courier shipping (DHL / FedEx / forwarder), upon customer request and at customer’s expense.

The buyer is responsible for choosing the shipping method during checkout.

4. Postal or Customs Delays

Once the package is handed over to the postal service or courier company, we have no control over transit times.

We are not responsible for:

• customs delays

• inspections

• postal retention

• slow delivery from local postal services in the destination country

We will always assist you with tracking updates.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because each item is handmade and made to order:

❌ No refunds after 24 hours of purchase.

❌ No returns accepted.

Every pair is individually crafted for each customer.

6. Shipping Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for packages lost or undelivered due to:

• incomplete or incorrect address

• customer not being available at the delivery location
